Postling.com which is like PostLater.com but cheaper and will let you post in one place but feed out to all your online marketing areas.

Youmail.com which allows me to let  unanswered cell phone calls go to youMail.com’s voicemail and come back to me as a transcribed email.  I bought the $3.99/month plan for up to 40 transcriptions. Yes, SPRINT charges an additional $.20/minute on forwarded calls but I still come out ahead with less than one voicemail per day.
